I needed a repair on my Kitchen Aid refrigerator that was leaking water and my Kitchen Aid dishwasher's soap dispenser that was broken and would not close. When the technician came into my house and I explained the problem, he knew exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator and of course the dishwasher problem was obvious.
Ken told me approximately how long it was going to take to repair both and told me the price in advance. He worked diligently and professionally and finished before his estimated time. Ken also gave me some helpful hints when using my Kitchen Aid electric oven. I was impressed and will definitely refer this company to friends.
